English Translation
Thai National Anthem
Thailand unites the flesh and blood of all Thais.
The nation belongs to the people of Thailand.
It maintains its independence enduringly.
Because the Thai people are united in harmony.
Thai people are peace-loving,
But are not cowards in war.
They shall allow no one to oppress their independence.
All are ready to sacrifice every drop of blood
For the nation’s safety, freedom, and progress. Victory!
Across Thailand, the national anthem is broadcast twice every day in public at 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Thailand actually has a National anthem (Phleng Chat Thai) and a Royal anthem (Sansoen Phra Barami). The royal anthem is played before movies, ceremonies, and royal events.
